4 thousand tons of pomegranates were exported from Azerbaijan to Moscow and Tula provinces
The Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Control of Russia ("Rosselkhoznadzor") for Moscow city, Moscow and Tula regions has carried out phytosanitary control of about 4 thousand tons of fresh pomegranates imported from Azerbaijan since the beginning of this year.

According to the information, the agency checked more than 200 vehicles in total.

Specialists of the All-Russian Center for Plant Quarantine (FGBU "VNIIKR") conducted laboratory tests on all products, and the compliance of products with quarantine phytosanitary requirements was confirmed.
