8 more modular dormitories have been installed in Aghdam Industrial Park

Eight more modular dormitories (for 40 people) have been installed in the mobile town for the residents of Aghdam Industrial Park under the management of the Economic Zones Development Agency (IZIA) under the Ministry of Economy.

According to information, with this, the number of modular dormitories in the Park has reached 16 (for 80 people).

At present, works are being carried out for the construction of an administrative building in the territory of the Park. The building has a meeting room, modern office spaces, a training center, a laboratory, etc. insurance, banking and customs services will be provided to entrepreneurs.

Additionally, two 400 kV complete transformer substations were installed in Agdam Industrial Park, and the construction of a 40 MVA electrical substation was started. Before that, a 630 kV complete transformer substation was installed in Parn. The park is also provided with high-speed internet.

"Wide business opportunities will be created for entrepreneurs in Aghdam Industrial Park. Residents of the park will be exempted from property tax, land tax, income or profit tax for 10 years from the date of registration, VAT when importing machinery, technological equipment and facilities for production purposes, and customs duty for 7 years. will be exempted from their fees. It is planned to give additional concessions to the residents of the park (providing special concessional bank loans, subsidizing social insurance payments, offering utility services at a reduced rate, customs or VAT concessions on the import of raw materials)," the information stated.
