85 people illegally traveling to liberated areas hit by mines

"85 people, who illegally traveled the liberated territories, were hit by mines in the post-war period," Head of the Press and Public Relations Department of the Interior Ministry Elshad Hajiyev told Qazet.az.

"Movement on the unintended route is dangerous to the liberated areas until the demining process is completed. There are various categories of people among the victims of landmines, who entered the area illegally and were exposed to the threat of mines.
Notably, along with civilians, 117 servicemen were injured by mines in the liberated territories after the Patriotic War, and 7 of them died.
