87% of Azerbaijani population faced with phone or internet fraud over the last year

An inquiry has been conducted among those over 18 age living in Baku, Sumgayit, and Ganja

87% of the Azerbaijani population has faced phone or internet fraud over the last year, said the official representative of Kaspersky Lab company in Azerbaijan Mushvig Mammadov while delivering a speech at the online press conference called "fraud during the pandemic in Azerbaijan", Qazet.az reports.

According to him, an inquiry has been conducted among those over 18 age living in Baku, Sumgayit, and Ganja.
