This year, 95 people whose employment contracts were illegally terminated were restored to their previous jobs.

Qazet.az reports was informed about this by the State Labor Inspection Service under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population.

It was reported that during the 11 months of 2022, the Service determined that the employment contracts of 95 employees were terminated in violation of the requirements of the legislation while investigating citizen appeals.

As a result of the measures taken by the service in accordance with the legislation, those workers were reinstated to their previous jobs.
