A Memorandum of Understanding was signed on the construction of the Wind Power Station in the Garadagh district of Baku.

Qazet.az reports that Economy Minister Mikayil Jabbarov said this on his Facebook account.

According to him, the document was signed between "Azerbaijan Investment Company" OJSC, "Caspian HDG" LLC, and Elecnor, a Spanish company specializing in the field of alternative and renewable energy, belonging to the ministry.
