The military prosecutor's office of Kalbajar received information about the suicide of Nahid Mahir oglu, a soldier of the military unit No. N of the Ministry of Defense, who shot himself on December 5, 2022.

Based on the received information, employees of the Kalbajar military prosecutor's office inspected the place of the incident and the dead body, took items important for the case as material evidence, received explanations and performed other actions.

According to the fact, a criminal case was initiated in the Kalbajar military prosecutor's office under Article 125 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan (Suicide).

Currently, the investigation is ongoing and all measures will be taken in accordance with the requirements of the legislation.
