Qazet.az reports that this was said by Deputy Health Minister Rasim Ismayilov.

According to him, according to the conducted analysis, 300-400 such patients are currently registered in the country:

"There is definitely a need for a state program so that this disease does not increase. The state program will be prepared and submitted for the approval of the Ministry of Finance and relevant state institutions.
