Air Force exercises have started in Finland with the participation of the Swedish military

The large-scale "Ruska 22" ("Ruska-2022", "Golden Autumn" in Finnish) exercises has been launched with the participation of the Finnish Air Force.

Qazet.az reports with reference to TASS that the Press Service of the Finnish Air Force released information about this.

The exercises, in which all units of the Finnish Air Force will participate, will continue from October 3 to 8. 3,700 servicemen, including 2,400 reservists, will be involved in the exercises.

50 aircraft will take part in the maneuvers: most of them are F/A-18 Hornet fighters, as well as Hawk training aircraft and transport aircraft.

In addition, units of the Swedish Air Force and "JAS 39 Gripen" fighters of this country's "Saab" company will take part in the exercise.
