Aliyev: Russia and Turkey have a good attitude towards Azerbaijan

"New military unit of the State Border Service was opened during his visit"

“Today is a very important day for the development of the Jabrayil district. Because today the foundations of several facilities have already been laid. Many socio-economic issues, primarily security measures, will be addressed during the construction and operation of these facilities,” Azerbaijani President, Supreme Commander-in-Chief Ilham Aliyev said at a meeting with representatives of the local community in Jabrayil on Oct. 4, Qazet.az informs.

The head of state noted that a new military unit of the State Border Service was opened during his visit.

“The foundation of the Araz Valley Economic Zone has been laid, initial funding has already been allocated, and initial investors have been identified. A Russian company has already started investing in the region. Turkish companies have also begun investing in a major agricultural project in the Zangilan district. Our two friendly and neighboring countries have such attitude towards Azerbaijan, and Azerbaijan shows the equally good attitude to them,” President Aliyev added.
