Today, the Ukrainian diplomat visited the Alley of Honor and honored the memory of the national leader of Azerbaijan, Heydar Aliyev.

"19 years ago, the national leader of the Azerbaijani people - Heydar Aliyev, an outstanding statesman who contributed to the revival and strengthening of the Republic of Azerbaijan, as well as the strengthening and expansion of friendly relations with Ukraine, died!
