“The amnesty act is more of a legal document. Traditionally, amnesty decisions are announced on public holidays,” First deputy Parliament chair Ali Huseynli said at today’s meeting of Milli Majlis, Qazet.az report.
The MP said that according to the amnesty act, the number of people to be released from prisons is about 3,000: “Amnesty act will be applied to about 100 women”
