Anar Guliyev: "The restoration process of Karabakh is solved systematically"

Taking into account world experience, Azerbaijan systematically solves issues in a certain sequence in the process of restoration of post-conflict territories.

Qazet.az reports that the Chairman of the State Urban Planning and Architecture Committee, Anar Guliyev, said this while speaking at the Azerbaijan National Urban Planning Forum in Agdam on the topic of "Sustainable Development Goals" and "New Urban Agenda" - as a leading force of recovery and reconstruction in the post-conflict period. .

According to him, in the first stage, within the framework of management and security issues, areas are cleared of mines and unexploded ammunition, control of the state border is organized, and the activities of state institutions are restored.

In the second stage, construction of highway transport and engineering communications, main facilities of melioration systems is ensured within the framework of basic infrastructure creation. In the third stage, the restoration and reconstruction of settlements to solve social issues - residential houses, educational and health institutions, cultural and household service facilities, etc. is built and put into use.

In the fourth stage, within the framework of large-scale economic issues, the creation of jobs and the commissioning of economic activity facilities are ensured in parallel with the process of repatriation of internally displaced persons.
