Anti-terrorist operation was conducted in Istanbul, 17 foreigners were detained, Qazet.az reports citing local media.

Noted that as a result of an operation, 17 citizens of foreign countries suspected of being members of Al-Qaeda and ISIS terrorist organizations were detained.
