Applicants for a radio broadcasting license are admitted to the competition

All applicants who have submitted documents to participate in the contests announced to obtain a license for the nationwide terrestrial broadcaster with the relevant decisions of the Audiovisual Council are allowed to participate in the contest as applicants.

According to the information provided by the structure, 6 applicants submitted documents for the first and second competition, and 7 applicants for the third competition.

A competition commission consisting of members of the Council and specialists of the Council's apparatus was established to review the documents of the applicants admitted to the competition and, if necessary, to study the broadcasting possibilities on the spot.

It should be noted that currently the commission is preparing opinions on broadcasting concepts, personnel and creative potential, and financial and economic potential of the applicants who submitted documents to participate in the competition.
