Armenian FM offers condolences to Turkish counterpart over Istanbul terror attack

Armenia's Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan expressed condolences to his Turkish counterpart Mevlut Cavusoglu over the Istanbul terror attack, Qazet.az informs.

"I express my sincere condolences to the families of victims of the deadly explosion in Istanbul and wish a speedy recovery to the injured," Mirzoyan tweeted.
