In the agenda of the meeting the results of the diagnostics of the activity of 4 portfolio companies belonging to the transport sector AZAL, Azerbaijan Railways, Baku Metro, and BakuBus and issues of corporate governance standards of portfolio companies and evaluation of the activities of members of the governing bodies were discussed.
