Some 15 people have been injured and 7 people died as a result of a fire in a workshop for the gunpowder production at the Elastic Plant in Russia’s Ryazan Region, a source in the emergency services told on Friday, Qazet.az reports citing TASS.

"According to preliminary data, at least 15 people suffered injuries at the plant in the Ryazan Region," the source said.
