Chairman of the State Committee for Work with the Diaspora Fuad Muradov met with Kyrgyz ambassador to Azerbaijan Kayrat Osmonaliyev, Qaze.az informs.

Welcoming the guest, the chairman of the committee informed the ambassador about the diaspora policy of Azerbaijan, as well as the organization of Azerbaijanis around the world and the process of integration of Azerbaijanis living in Central Asian countries into societies in which they live.

He noted that relations between Azerbaijan and Kyrgyzstan are developing proceeding from ties of friendship and brotherhood based on the common history, culture, and common spiritual values of the two countries, and representatives of the Kyrgyz community also participate in events of the Azerbaijani Diaspora abroad.

Expressing gratitude for the warm reception, the ambassador spoke about the importance of expanding cultural ties between the Turkic states, noting that Kyrgyzstan has always supported Azerbaijan's rightful position. The guest said the cooperation between the two countries continued successfully in various fields and expressed hope for further strengthening.
