New tax allowances to be applied on family members of martyrs and veterans in Azerbaijan

Participants of the Patriotic war have been exempted from the income tax gained from the write-off of debts to banks and other credit organizations

In accordance with the amendments to the Tax Code, new tax allowances have been determined for the family members of martyrs of the Patriotic War, for military servicemen who lost their health and their disability were determined as a result of combat operations for the sake of liberty, sovereignty, and territorial integrity of the Azerbaijani Republic, the State Tax Service told Qazet.az.

At the same time, participants of the Patriotic war have been exempted from the income tax gained from the write-off of debts to banks and other credit organizations.
