said Russian ambassador to Azerbaijan Mikhail Bocharnikov at the first meeting of Russian-Azerbaijani Expert Council on the subject “Azerbaijani-Russian strategic partnership as an important factor of development and regional cooperation prospects in the South Caucasus in post-conflict period, jointly organized by the Center for Relations Analysis and the Council on International Affairs of Russia held in Baku today, Qazet.az reports.

The diplomat stressed that they highly appreciate Azerbaijan and Turkey’s proposal on the establishment of 3+3 format in the region: “Therefore it is important that experts to hold discussions in all these fields. Today we also highly appreciate a new format established in this field.”
