Russian MFA: "Main attention in South Caucasus directed at restoration of trade-economic and transport relations"

The Russian presidential administration has the authority to comment on high-level meetings

"Main attention in South Caucasus has been directed at restoration of trade-economic and transport relations", said an official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova at the briefing in a response to the question regarding the trilateral meeting of the Russian, Azerbaijani and Armenian leaders to be held in Sochi tomorrow, Qazet.az reports.

According to her, the Russian presidential administration has the authority to comment on high-level meetings. “I can say that Russia is doing everything to strengthen stability in the South Caucasus region and take steps to build a peaceful life. Of course, now the main focus is on the restoration of trade, economic and transport ties in the region," official of Russian MFA emphasized.
