One year has passed since Armenia’s shelling the next rocket at Azerbaijan’s Ganja during Patriotic War, Qazet.az reports.
On October 17, 2020, at about 1 a.m., Armenia shelled ballistic missiles at Ganja which is Azerbaijan's second-largest city.
As a result of the horrible attack at Ganja city, located far from the front line, 12 civilians, including two children, were killed and more than 40 people injured.
Armenia deliberately killed civilians with ballistic missile attack at Ganja in gross violation of norms and principles of international law, including international humanitarian law, as well as the declared humanitarian ceasefire, thus Armenia committed war crimes and crimes against humanity
The Armenian leadership bears full responsibility for this crime.
