Qazet.az reports that Colonel-General Bakhtiyar Ersay, adviser to the Minister of Defense, spoke about this.

He talked about the work done in the direction of adapting the Azerbaijan Army to the Turkish model, and the new achievements achieved as a result of the reforms.

It should be noted that on December 10, under the leadership of the Minister of Defense, Colonel-General Zakir Hasanov, the meeting of the Collegium of the Ministry of Defense regarding the results of 2022 was held.

The meeting was attended by deputy ministers, troop type commanders, heads of the ministry's headquarters, departments, services and independent departments, commanders of military units and formations deployed in the liberated areas via video link, as well as heads of special purpose educational institutions.
