Availability of mandatory insurance certificate in Azerbaijan will be provided for at least 5 years

According to Qazet.az reports, this was reflected in the law on amending the law "On Compulsory Insurance" approved by President Ilham Aliyev.

With the amendment to the law, the insurer and the Compulsory Insurance Bureau must ensure the availability of the compulsory insurance certificate in the form of an electronic document of the insured or the insured for at least 5 years, as well as the possibility of transferring it to a paper carrier and sending it to an e-mail address.
