Azerbaijan today marks Eid al-Adha (Feast of the Sacrifice)

Eid al-Adha starts from July 9 and may last for three days, Qazet.az reports.

It is the second year that the people of Azerbaijan have celebrated the Eid al-Adha in the atmosphere of victory, and this holiday has been celebrated in the liberated lands for two years.

President Ilham Aliyev congratulated the people of Azerbaijan and all Azerbaijanis living outside the country on the occasion of the holy Eid, which is a symbol of unity, equality and brotherhood of the Islamic world, and conveyed his most sincere wishes.

The Council of Caucasian Muslims Office has delivered its recommendations on Eid al-Adha.
