Azerbaijan's Milli Majlis will hold a special session next week dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the Khojaly genocide, Qazet.az reports.

The meeting will appeal to foreign parliaments and international parliamentary organizations to recognize the massacre of Azerbaijanis in Khojaly, Nagorno-Karabakh region of Azerbaijan on the night of February 25-26, 1992 as a crime of genocide.
