According to the information, this model includes the transfer of these children to foster families, thus creating conditions for them to live in a family environment. Since children are treated with an individual approach in the family environment, which has a more positive impact on their development and integration into society.
"Azerbaijan will also apply the model of foster care, and preparations are underway in this regard. Special attention is paid to the use of the experience of brotherly Turkey in this field. For this purpose, the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Population and the Ministry of Family and Social Services of the Republic of Turkey are conducting regular exchanges of experience. Institutional preparations for the application of the" foster family" care model, and preparation of draft normative legal acts are in progress," the statement said.
