Azerbaijan has recorded 4,680 new coronavirus cases over the past day

Azerbaijan has recorded 4,680 new coronavirus cases over the past day, the Task Force under the Cabinet of Ministers told Qazet.az.

Meanwhile, 2,134 people recovered from the infection, and 27 patients succumbed to the deadly pathogen.

Overall, the country has reported 703,334 cases of infection, 648,512 recoveries, and 8,898 deaths since the onset of the pandemic. At present, 45,924 people are receiving treatment.

Azerbaijan has conducted 6,278,899 COVID-19 tests over the past period, including 11,442 today.
