First Vice-President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Mehriban Aliyeva has extended condolences regarding death of Rustam Ibrahimbayov, vice-president made post on Instagram, Qazet.az reports.

"I extend my deepest condolences to the family of People's Writer of the Republic of Azerbaijan Rustam Ibrahimbayov in connection with his death. I will always remember our meetings with him. Rest in peace," noted.
