Azerbaijani karate players went to the world championship

The Azerbaijani national karate team, consisting of teenagers and young people, is on its way to the world championship, which will start in Konya, Turkey, on October 26.

According to the information provided to Qazet.az Anar Allahverdiyev, head coach of junior and youth kumite, as well as senior coaches Seymur Khudaverdiyev and Shahin Atamov preferred the performance of 10 karate athletes in the 14-15-year-old youth group, 9 athletes in the 16-17-year-old youth group, and 9 athletes in the youth group under 21 years of age.

The head coach of the senior national team, Gurban Taghiyev, and senior coach Shahin Khudaverdiyev will lead the athletes to the competition together with their colleagues.
