Qazet.az reports that President Ilham Aliyev made these comments in his speech at the opening of the international conference on "Along the Middle Corridor: geopolitics, security and economy" held at ADA University on November 25.

Noting that the residents of Agali village have already settled, the head of state said: "This is not only a manifestation of our moral duty to the former settlers who suffered during the occupation of Karabakh. We consider the restoration of Karabakh and Zangezur as a model for the reconstruction of the whole country."
