Qazet.az reports that President Ilham Aliyev made these comments in his speech at the opening of the international conference on "Along the Middle Corridor: geopolitics, security and economy" held at ADA University on November 25.

"We will do our best to protect our way of life, Azerbaijan's secular development vector and Azerbaijanis, including Azerbaijanis living in Iran. They are a part of our people," the President stressed.
