A tragic accident has happened while our military serviceman Capitan Rafig Guliyev Jarulla oglu , who attend the commando course in the Republic of Turkey, being in the city after the completion of the training, the Ministry of Defense told Qazet.az.

Guliyev, who fell from a multi-story car park as a result of carelessness, was immediately evacuated to hospital, but despite the efforts of doctors, his life could not be saved.
