A declaration between Azerbaijan and Russia on mutual alliance activities will be of very positive significance for our countries, our mutual activity, and regional security, said the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev in the one-on-one meeting with the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin on February 22 in Moscow, Qazet.az reports.
