On December 14, the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev met with the Chairman of the People's Council of the Parliament of Turkmenistan, Gurbanguli Berdymukhamedov in the city of Turkmenbashi, Qazet.az reports citing President's Press Service.
