Azerbaijan's Chief of General Staff: "September clashes proved reforms in army building during post-war period were directed appropriately"

"Patriotic War, which resulted in glorious victory of Azerbaijani Army, is analyzed by many military-scientific centers of the world, and studied by armies," said First Deputy Defense Minister, Chief of General Staff of Azerbaijani Army Colonel General Karim Valiyev, Qazet.az reports according toAPA reports.

General has noted that successes achieved during combat clashes in 2021 and 2022, as well as in September of the current year proved that reforms in the field of army building during post-war period were directed appropriately.
