Azerbaijan's Ministry and World Bank to create regulatory body in the country

The Ministry of Digital Development and Transport, together with the World Bank, is working on the project of creating a regulatory body in Azerbaijan and defining its framework, said Minister of Digital Development and Transport Rashad Nabiyev during his speech at the international conference on Smart Cities and Villages, Qazet.az reports.

"This project will start operating starting next year. This project will attach particular importance in terms of providing both institutional and certain tools to the newly created institution. The second project we are working on with the World Bank is related to the Smart City and Smart Village project. It is a document on the policy of data usage. We will be able to implement this project from the middle of next year," the minister. stated.
