"Azeristiliktehizat" OJSC monitored the heating systems of residential buildings, educational and healthcare facilities included in the service area, and determined that there were problems in the heating systems of 214 residential buildings, 37 educational and 8 healthcare facilities.

"Unfortunately, the owners of 191 residential buildings, 19 educational institutions and 4 health facilities have not completed the necessary measures. The officials of "Azeristiliktehizat" are in close contact with the management of the Baku City Education Department regarding the provision of heating for schools, and activities are being continued in the direction of eliminating problems in mutual business conditions. In general, heat supply of 92% of schools across the country is provided by educational institutions' own heat sources or means, only 8% is provided by boiler houses owned by "Azeristiliktehizat", - it was stated in the information.
