"Azerpocht" became a full member of "VISA" international payment system
"Azerpocht" LLC, owned by the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport, received the status of a full member of the "VISA" international payment system.

Referring to the ministry, Qazet.az reports that with this, in addition to "Mastercard" holders, "VISA" cardholders will be able to make cashless payments in all departments and branches of "Azerpocht" where POS-terminals are used.

At the same time, "Azerpocht" was granted licenses for card issuance, card acceptance, money transfers and electronic commerce. This, in turn, will allow individuals and legal entities to fully functionally benefit from the institution in the field of card services.

In order to ensure transparency in postal operations, "Azerpocht" has installed POS-terminals in more than 500 post offices across the country, including all post offices of Baku.

In addition to traditional postal services, "Azerpocht" provides non-traditional services such as banking, insurance, electronic payments, deposits and other financial services, as well as business services.
