"The intensity of negotiations between Azerbaijan and Russia at all levels is proof of active dialogue between the two countries."

Qazet.az reports that Azerbaijan's Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov said this during his meeting with his Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov in Moscow.

He reminded that this year marks the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Azerbaijan and Russia.

"The main topic of today's discussions will be the post-conflict issues, as well as the implementation of the provisions of the tripartite statements," J. Bayramov said.
