Several people were injured in an explosion of a gas station on Karabakh Street in Yerevan, Armenia, a spokesman for the Armenian Emergencies Ministry says, Qazet.az informs, citing News.am.

It was reported that the explosion was heard from inside the station. A car caught fire in front of the gas station. Six fire engines were involved in the scene. The cause of the explosion is being investigated.
