British intelligence: "Ukraine successfully neutralizes Iranian-made UAVs"

The Armed Forces of Ukraine are increasingly successfully repelling attacks by Iran-made "Shahed-136" unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), which are used by Russia to attack the energy and other infrastructure of Ukrainian cities.

According to Qazet.az reports, this was reported on the Twitter page of the British intelligence.

"Russia continues to use Iranian-made UAVs against targets on the territory of Ukraine. "Ukraine is more successful in destroying "Shahed-136" UAVs," the information stated.

According to the official information of the Ukrainian army, about 85% of all attacks by the Russian Armed Forces are repelled.

British intelligence said that Russia is likely using a large number of Iranian-made UAVs to fill a growing shortage of long-range precision weapons: “The UAVs used by the Russian Armed Forces have limited maneuverability, speed and are very noisy. This makes them an easy target for conventional air defense systems."
