Cahit Bagci: We remember Heydar Aliyev as the leader who created concept of "One nation, two states"

The Basic Law of relations between Azerbaijan and Turkiye is the Shusha Declaration, said Turkish Ambassador to Azerbaijan Cahit Bagci, Qazet.az reports.

The ambassador spoke about Turkey-Azerbaijan relations: "Undoubtedly, National leader Heydar Aliyev is a leader who played a special role in regaining the independence of Azerbaijan and laid the foundation of modern Azerbaijan stated. We remember the national leader as the leader who initiated Turkihs-Azerbaijani relations, built a healthy and unbreakable bridge and created the concept of "One nation, two states," the Turkish Ambassador said.
