The head of Russia's republic of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov said that an offensive will be unleashed not only on Mairupol but on the capital Kyiv and other Ukrainian cities, Qazet.az reports.

Kadyrov said he would "fully liberate the eastern regions of Luhansk and Donetsk and then take Kyiv and all other cities.

"I assure you, not one step will be taken back," he said.
