Container train from Uzbekistan to Europe through CASCA+ route reached Baku

Container block train from Uzbekistan to Europe which for the first time was set to go reached Baku with the CASCA + multimodal transport route that was formed within the framework of Asia-Pacific region countries- China-Kyrgyzstan-Turkmenistan-Azerbaijan-Georgia-Turkey-Europe nternational multimodal transport route, Azerbaijan Railways CJSC (AR) told Qazet.az reports

Containers were delivered from Turkmenbashi port to Baku port by "Balkan" feeder ship belonging to AR Container LLC, a subsidiary of "Azerbaijan Railways CJSC.

Notably, the container train will travel on the Uzbekistan - Turkmenistan - Azerbaijan - Georgia - Bulgaria/Europe route with a length of more than 4000 km.
