It was reported that he is scheduled to meet with Russian President Vladimir Putin and participate in the opening of Fidel Castro's monument.

The embassy informed that the opening of the monument to the leader of the Cuban revolution will take place on November 22, and Miguel Diaz-Canel Bermudez will arrive in the Russian capital a few days earlier together with the delegation.
