Deer were released to Shahdag National Park with the participation of Leyla Aliyeva

Today, the ceremony of releasing the first deer was held in the Ismailli section of the Shahdag National Park within the framework of the red deer reintroduction project.

Qazet.az reports that information about this was shared on the Instagram account of Leyla Aliyeva, vice president of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, founder and head of the IDEA Public Union.

Leyla Aliyeva participated in the ceremony.

It was stated that the animals will undergo an adaptation period in a specially designated place and then be released into the wild in different regions of the country, where deer have historically inhabited.
