The institution stated that the problem is related to the optimization work carried out in the "ASAN Payment" system.

It should be recalled that through this software, which is downloaded free of charge to mobile devices from both the Appstore and Google Play, it is possible to store the electronic version of documents related to all notary transactions in which a person is a participant in a single source on a mobile phone, to receive information about their invalidation immediately, as well as it is possible to use those documents. Also, through "Mobile Notary", citizens can electronically video record power of attorneys for vehicles, power of attorneys, social power of attorneys, power of attorneys related to representation in banks, as well as consent written by parents for minors to leave the country and applications for termination of power of attorneys. through which they can access all days of the week 24 hours a day.

Using the "Mobile Notary" application, it is possible to check the authenticity of notary documents on the basis of the QR-code placed on it or the person's personal identification number (FIN) and the identifier (barcode) placed on the document.
