"US President Joe Biden and Russian President Vladimir Putin may hold talks by the end of the year," Russian President's Spokesman Dmitry Peskov said, Qazet.az informs, citing TASS.
"US President Joe Biden and Russian President Vladimir Putin may hold talks by the end of the year. But there is no agreement on this yet," he said.
